eTRAKiT Online Permitting

Existing new construction project inspections can continue as long as the Phase 1 Construction Restart Plan is implemented and enforced.   We will only inspect sites that are clean and vacant at the time of inspection.

Prior to scheduling an inspection of new construction projects, the city will require an approved COVID-19 Phase 1 Construction Restart Plan to be submitted and approved by the City.   The plan must be consistent with the Governor's Phase 1 Construction Restart COVID-19 Job Site Requirements      Any inspections the City provides does not imply that the City agrees that the construction meets any exemptions to the Governor's Stay Home Stay Healthy order.  Development and construction companies need to make their own assessment.

This site provides access to Community Development Services allowing citizens and contractors to apply for permits, search for permit/project information and complete many common tasks online. Online services are currently limited to applying for over the counter plumbing and mechanical permits, scheduling inspections, paying certain fees, and researching permits or projects.

Anyone can use the links below to search for basic information about permits and projects.

Public User accounts (Homeowners) allow you to apply for permits, schedule inspections, and pay
